Refund Policy

EXCHANGES

Ryzí will exchange products purchased by its customers, as long as any defect or damage is found, and the customer must notify the Customer Service Center and follow the instructions received so that the exchange request can be analyzed and processed.

In the event of a defect or damage to the product, the consumer will have a period of up to 90 (ninety) days, counted from receipt of the product, to request its exchange, as provided for in article 26 of Law 8,078/90 (Defense Code of the Consumer)

It will be a standard procedure for Ryzí to analyze exchange requests before they are approved, due to the conditions to be met for this purpose, such as the finding of damage or defect and the condition of the products. If no defect is found or if any of the conditions described are not met, the product will be sent back to the customer.

Whenever a customer wishes, they can contact Ryzí and express their interest in exchanging their product, communicating their reasons. The case will be analyzed and the client will be informed of the outcome and the following procedures, if necessary.

Ryzí may exchange any product or gift, which is not defective or damaged by mere liberality, when this product or gift does not meet the necessary requirements indicated in the items above.

This exchange will be treated as an exception, with a delivery period, after receipt at our Distribution Center, of 5 to 20 business days, between sending and receipt from the Customer, not constituting a new obligation or custom for applications in similar or similar cases.

 

RETURNS

If the Ryzí customer wishes to return a product purchased through the online store, regardless of the reason or cause (regret on the purchase), they may do so within 7 days of receipt, and must communicate their interest by contacting the Customer Service Center. Service and waiting for procedural instructions.

It is essential to analyze the return request, sending the product(s) with the respective invoice, or DANFE, under penalty of stopping the procedure until receipt. The product(s) must be sent in its original packaging(s) accompanied by the integral parts of the product and therefore indispensable.

The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify that the above requirements have been met and that the product(s) has not been used or damaged, even partially. If any of these situations have occurred, the return will not be accepted.
