Exchange and Returns Policy

In the event of a defect or damage to the product, the consumer will have a period of up to 90 (ninety) days, counted from receipt of the product, to request its exchange, as provided for in article 26 of Law 8,078/90 (Defense Code of the Consumer). It will be a standard procedure for Ryzí to analyze exchange requests before they are approved, due to the conditions to be met for this purpose, such as the finding of damage or defect and the condition of the products. If no defect is found or if any of the conditions described are not met, the product will be sent back to the customer.

If the Ryzí customer wishes to return a product purchased through the online store, regardless of the reason or cause (regret on the purchase), they may do so within 7 days of receipt.
It is essential to analyze the return and exchange request, sending the product(s) with the respective invoice, or DANFE, under penalty of stopping the procedure until receipt. The product(s) must be sent in its original packaging(s) accompanied by the integral parts of the product and therefore indispensable.

The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify that the above requirements have been met and that the product(s) has not been used or damaged, even partially. If any of these situations have occurred, the return will not be accepted.


Ryzí will exchange products purchased by its customers, as long as any defect or damage is found, and the customer must read the procedures, access our Exchange or Return Form, fill in all the mandatory fields and click Send.

One of our Analysts will contact you within 5 business days, via email or telephone, to inform the authorization details for free postage at the Post Office, regarding the product(s) to be returned. ) and provide guidance on other procedures.

*In these cases, we will send a postage code so that the customer can send their product(s) directly from a Post Office to our Distribution Center, at no additional cost.

*The customer will have 5 working days to post the product(s), otherwise the exchange/return process will be canceled without prior notice.

*Products must be returned without signs of misuse or damage. Otherwise, the Online Store reserves the right to return the product to the customer in the same conditions received.

*Products returned without using the Exchange or Return Form will be sent back to the customer without prior consultation.

*The online store does not exchange or return products purchased in physical stores or multi-brand representatives and vice versa.

*Ryzí guarantees the exchange of products for another number, within 7 days after the date of receipt, as long as stock is available and the model and color are not changed.

*In cases of exchange for different products, the desired product must have the same amount paid for the returned product, due to tax issues.
